Pictures from my car driving south on HWY 81 North of Yankton. If you are from Yankton you know where it is - the same place that always floods. Thank goodness they raised the road a while ago. Norfolk flooding is going down today. They still haven't found the Union Pacific worker who washed away in the collapsed bridge.
No this is not the Missouri, its the little James River.
