This was the centerpiece for our final night banquet. 
Our inspirational speaker was Olympic Gold Medalist Apolo Anton Ohno! We got to take our picture with him and you can't see it in this photo but he had on amazing Prada shoes! He is also only about 5'-7"
We went to an Arizona Ranch and they put on a mini rodeo for us. It was fun but for people from the Midwest we were like "yeah, yeah we can see this any day." The people from the East and West coasts were very amazed by the bull riding. This is a picture of me and Angie Troske (she's a good ole' Nebraska girl) we all got fitted cowboy hats as a take-home gift.
Craig & I signed up to take a hot-air balloon ride. We got up super early and went with the crew to the site only to have the wind wreck our plans. A few balloons took off but most were grounded. I was bummed but it was probably a good thing since some of the people who went got pretty banged up when they landed, and I got a free massage at the spa instead!
